I started my Hand-dyed Fiber Art business on Etsy in June of 2016 alongside a new Instagram account @TheDancingTapestry. When I met Erin (through Instagram because she is absolutely the most approachable person) I had just started to consider Influencer marketing. When I brought up working together, she was on board immediately. The day she received my product she opened it and gushed about it in her IG stories. That night she posted a picture with it styled in her home. It was my Christmas Tree Wallhanging. Prior to Erin, I had sold two of these trees. The three days that followed her post were record breaking for me and I sold out quickly. My numbers on Instagram were doubled over night and a few weeks later she hosted a giveaway with me increasing my numbers by double once again. Now, most of my business comes from my Instagram following, and I give Erin all the credit for exposing me to my target market.
Erin has a very effective social media presence. Her “brand” is a combination of home decor and her own hilarious self. She is honest, real, and allows herself to be vulnerable. Therefore, when she presents products to her audience, she doesn’t hold back. She is able to truly gush about the products she represents because her audience trusts her. I’ve noticed other influencers who become awkward or hesitant, but Erin is a natural and always sounds organic in her presentation.
My recommendation is to get her behind your products immediately. She takes action fast and you will find her extremely beneficial to your business.

My name is Amanda Nelson and I own a small company that I recently started called Hummingbird Lane Market. I reached out to Erin, @kismet_house on instagram because of a few factors. One was her style, It was very relatable to everyone. It had a little bit of everything to catch the eye of all types of people. Most of the time you see accounts that are based on only one design style. Her style and photos are so beautiful clean and crisp there is no way not to attract to them. The other factor was the amount of not only followers, but interactive followers. She gets so many comments and she responds to every one and interacts. But the one thing that happened after I messaged her was seeing her verbiage and how she speaks. I laughed the entire time and related to it all and saw how many people did the same. I sent her a coffee mug and she did a story and multiple photos on her instagram page. She made me look so good. And because of her and what she wrote I received so many new followers and a ton of orders just from her first post. All of the orders came with a coupon code i had her use and the orders were all for the mug she posted; 88% of the buyers ordered 2 or more mugs. I will forever keep her as a brand ambassador if she’ll have me. Anyone who hires her will easily see the same response.

We hosted a giveaway back in September and chose Kismet House as our winner due to her amazing enthusiasm for our products – little did we know what an impact that would have on our tiny shop! She not only boosted our followers by her funny posts about our products, but we also saw a large boost in sales directly after her share. We love following Kismet House and believe her sense of wit and charm with her posts are the reason for her constant building of followers. She has nearly tripled her following since we chose her as our giveaway winner, and we don’t see any signs of it slowing down. We highly recommend that Kismet House can push sales and boost followers for the right brands. She is engaging and most importantly charming and witty with her posts, which keeps us wanting more!

Erin was an absolute joy to work with. We worked together effortlessly, and feel like we became good friends as well as business collaborators. Our collaboration went extremely well and we would love to work with her again. On the business end, we gained at least 600 followers as well as receiving at least 15 orders and continue to do very well with our collaboration with, Erin. Every time she posts something of ours we gain followers and possibly sales as well. She is one of our most successful collaborations to date.
We also did a giveaway with Erin and it was fantastic, a perfect giveaway for us! We had a lot of engagement with people and kept the majority of our new followers from the giveaway.
We highly recommend working with Erin. She went above and beyond all of our expectations and above and beyond what she originally stated that she would do.

I had the pleasure of doing a collaboration with Erin, @kismet_house and it was a fantastic experience. She was not only lovely to work with, but she really gave my new business a jump start with a lot of new exposure. Collaborating with @kismet_house generated a much larger following for my shop, which in turn boosted my sales tremendously. I highly recommend working with Erin, she’s a gem!

Working with Erin, Kismet House, was a total breeze. This collaboration was my first so I had no idea how it would work, what to expect, or what I would get out of it. I knew she was getting a pretty kick ass rug (the “Piper” who became semi-instafamous thanks to Erin’s showcasing abilities). She was straight forward and told me the Piper would be in multiple photos as well as featured on her blog covering her room redo with Article. She wasn’t kidding. She has posted numerous photos of my rug (in multiple locations in her perfectly styled home) on Instagram. At least three of those times mentioned my shop in the post with a direct link! The number of followers I have gained from working with her is truly shocking. The best part is the fact that many of these followers became clients. Other Instagram influencers have contacted me since and I have been able to do several more collaborations. I have zero doubt that this is a direct result of my work with, Erin. Working with her really got the ball rolling, and I cannot say enough to thank her for that. I would do it again in a heartbeat – if i am lucky enough to find another rug that catches her eye.

Erin and I first met on Instagram through a boho style giveaway that I participated in with two other Etsy shops. We ended up choosing her for the winner and over the last several months a fun, online friendship developed. She is a wonderful brand ambassador and is truly so good at it! I think it all boils down to her clever and witty writing. She is very talented at making you laugh and sometimes cry with her heartfelt posts. She is genuine, real and has a kind heart. Her home is gorgeously styled and she is on it when giving “love” to a particular shop/brand that she is collaborating with. Without even asking, she has done a few posts on the giveaway item for my shop and now we are currently in the midst of a collab on another item I have sent to her to endorse. I think the best part is she is very good at selling an item, but without coming across as a “salesy” type person. She jedi mind tricks you with her wit and real banter. You can’t go wrong with working with her and/or just becoming her friend.

Erin is a joy to work with! We approached her about a collaboration and she has been so easy to communicate with and simple to work with. We have loved how she has showcased our product and the unique style in which she styles her photos and posts them. She is creative and is always coming up with new ideas. I would recommend any company who is wanting to grow their exposure or any home that wants a fun boho-modern look to work with her!
